Custom Welded Bandsaw Blades

We stock premium German-made coils and weld to any length right here in our facility. Browse our catalog below to find the specific tooth geometry and material grade for your exact application.

Need a Custom Length?

You aren't restricted to standard sizes. Simply choose your blade type, enter your machine's exact loop length during configuration, and we will weld it.

Choosing the Right TPI

For optimal cutting performance and blade life, ensure that at least 3 teeth are engaged in your material at all times. Thinner materials require a higher TPI (e.g., 8/12), while thick solids require a lower TPI (e.g., 2/3).

X-PRO MAX

M51 BI-METAL
Structural Steel & Profiles
Arntz X-PRO MAX M51 bi-metal bandsaw blade with extra-heavy set design for steel construction. Custom welded to your machine's exact loop length at our Hamilton, Ontario facility. Available in 54×1.60mm (2"×.063") and 67×1.60mm (2⅝"×.063") with 2/3 and 3/4 TPI.

X-PRO tooth geometry

X-PRO

M51 BI-METAL
Structural Steel & Profiles
The Arntz X-PRO (Article 557) is a premium M51 bi-metal bandsaw blade engineered for cutting structural steel profiles, solid rounds, square bar stock, special alloy steels, bundled tubing, and structural beams. Made in Germany with a powder metallurgically produced M51 high-speed steel cutting edge on a specially alloyed spring steel backing. M51 HSS Cutting Edge — maintains hardness at higher cutting temperatures than standard M42, preventing premature tip dulling Enhanced Wear Resistance — M51 edge creates exceptional hardness for longer blade life in heavy structural and fabrication cutting Improved Edge Retention — consistent, high-quality cuts over extended periods with fewer blade changes Versatile Profile Cutting — handles solid rounds, squares, special alloys, bundled tubes, beams, channels, and angles Available in 41mm, 54mm, and 67mm widths with 2/3 and 3/4 TPI variable tooth pitch. Every blade is custom loop-welded to your machine's exact length at our Hamilton, Ontario facility. Call 1-800-957-2690 for expert blade selection advice.
