Every blade we sell is loop welded in our Hamilton shop from German Arntz coil stock to your machine's exact length. No stock lengths, no almost-fits. Give us the loop length or the machine model and the blade shows up ready to run.
What We Do
Welded to your exact loop length
Measured in inches or millimetres, welded to spec, tensioned, and inspected. The weld is annealed and ground flush so it runs through your guides like parent metal.
Carbon, bi-metal, and carbide stock
From CS-1 carbon for the shop saw to M51 production blades and carbide for hard alloys, all welded in-house from Arntz coil.
Fast turnaround
Most blades weld and ship within 1 to 2 business days. In a bind, call us; same-day welding is often possible for pickup in Hamilton.

How do I find my blade length?
Check your machine manual, measure an old blade, or look up your saw on our blades by machine page, which lists factory specs for over a hundred models. If none of that works, give us the make and model and we will find it.
Can you weld a blade for an old or obscure saw?
Yes. Since we weld from coil, machine age and brand do not matter. Any loop length, any width we stock. Odd sizes are half of what we do.
Do you repair broken blades?
We can re-weld a snapped blade, but on most carbon and bi-metal blades a fresh weld costs close to a new blade and the steel around the break is often fatigued. We will tell you honestly which makes sense; for expensive carbide blades a repair is more often worth it.
