Bandsaw Machine Rebuilds and Overhauls

A worn out saw does not need to be a new saw. We strip machines to the frame, inspect everything, replace what is worn, and put them back together cutting like they did the day they shipped. We rebuild customer machines and every used saw we sell.

What We Do

Full teardown and inspection

The machine comes apart completely. Guides, bearings, hydraulics, wheels, drive train, and electricals all get inspected and measured against spec.

Worn component replacement

Blade guides, wheel bearings, hydraulic seals, wear plates, and anything else out of tolerance gets replaced, not adjusted around.

Test cutting before it leaves

Every rebuild gets tensioned, tracked, and test cut in our shop. It leaves when it cuts square at rated feed, not before.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a rebuild worth it compared to buying new?

Usually, if the frame and castings are sound. A rebuild typically runs a fraction of replacement cost and the heavy iron on older saws is often better than what ships today. We will inspect your machine and tell you straight if it is not worth putting money into.

How long does a rebuild take?

Depends on scope and parts availability. A guide and bearing refresh can be days; a full teardown rebuild is longer. We quote a timeline after inspection and keep you posted if parts push it.

Do you sell rebuilt machines?

Yes. Every used bandsaw that comes through our shop gets rebuilt to factory condition before resale. Check our machines page or call to hear what is currently on the floor.
