ARNTZX-CELL PRO

M51 aggression for work-hardening alloys

The Arntz X-CELL PRO takes the aggressive hi-lo tooth design of the X-CELL and tips it with M51 high speed steel for increased strength and wear resistance. Built for shops pushing hard into work-hardening alloys and large solids where M42 edges give up early.

Why Shops Choose the X-CELL PRO

Aggressive Tooth Geometry

Engineered to keep penetrating in work-hardening applications where standard teeth glaze over and stop cutting.

Hi-Lo Tooth Pattern

Variable set with alternating tooth heights adds penetration while damping vibration, with shorter teeth breaking chips for cleaner cuts.

M51 HSS Tooth Tips

Powder metallurgy M51 tips hold hardness at higher cutting temperatures than M42, stretching blade life on tough grades.

Production Ready

High fatigue resistance backing takes heavy feed pressure and continuous production runs without cracking.

Built for Hard-Working Alloys

The X-CELL PRO is the step up when the X-CELL is working but you want more blade life per cut. The M51 edge shrugs off the heat that dulls M42 in stainless, special alloys, and big solid cross-sections cut shift after shift.

Frequently Asked Questions

Same aggressive hi-lo tooth design, different edge steel. The X-CELL uses M42 tips; the X-CELL PRO uses M51, which holds its hardness at higher temperatures and wears slower in tough alloys. If your X-CELL blades dull faster than you would like, the PRO is the answer.
When heat is killing your blades: work-hardening stainless, special alloys, and large cross-sections that keep the tooth in the cut longer. On mild steel the M42 lines are the better buy.
