Preventive Maintenance Programs

Breakdowns do not schedule themselves around your deliveries. A maintenance program catches worn guides, tired hydraulics, and dirty coolant before they become a down machine and a missed shipment. We inspect on a schedule, fix what needs fixing, and leave you a written report.

What We Do

Scheduled inspections

Blade guides, hydraulic systems, bearings, drive components, coolant condition, and electricals checked on a set schedule that fits your production calendar.

Small fixes on the spot

Adjustments, guide swaps, and minor repairs happen during the visit, so small problems never get the chance to grow into weekend emergencies.

Written condition reports

After every visit you get a plain-language report: what was checked, what was fixed, what to budget for next. No surprises.

Typical Jobs

  • Hydraulic checks and top-ups

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a maintenance program cost?

It depends on machine count and visit frequency. Most shops land on quarterly visits. Call with your machine list and we will quote it; the math usually looks good next to one unplanned down day.

Why do my blades keep dying early?

Worn guides and low tension kill more blades than bad blades do. A saw that eats blades is the single most common thing a first maintenance visit fixes, and blade savings often cover the visit.

Can you maintain machines you did not sell us?

Yes. We service all major brands regardless of where you bought them. First visit starts with a baseline inspection so we know what we are working with.
