Custom Welded Bandsaw Blades

German Arntz coil stock, welded to any length in our Hamilton shop. Start with your saw or with what you're cutting.

Need a Custom Length?

You aren't restricted to standard sizes. Simply choose your blade type, enter your machine's exact loop length during configuration, and we will weld it.

Choosing the Right TPI

For optimal cutting performance and blade life, ensure that at least 3 teeth are engaged in your material at all times. Thinner materials require a higher TPI (e.g., 8/12), while thick solids require a lower TPI (e.g., 2/3).

Special blade with negative rake angle for hardened surfaces Multi-chip carbide geometry for highest cutting performance Available in 27mm, 34mm, 41mm and 54mm widths with 2/3 and 3/4 TPI Custom loop-welded to your machine's exact length in Hamilton, Ontario
