ARNTZBLACK-LINE S

Carbide performance for every machine type

The Arntz BLACK-LINE S brings carbide cutting to machines that are not rigid production saws. Modified triple chip geometry combined with set teeth and a wide kerf creates the cut stability that lets carbide run on standard machines without chipping tips.

Why Shops Choose the BLACK-LINE S

Modified Triple Chip

Triple chip geometry combined with set teeth splits the cut across the tooth pattern for smooth, controlled carbide cutting.

Wide Kerf Stability

The wide kerf gives the band room to run true, creating excellent cut stability even on machines with less rigid frames.

Runs On Any Saw

Robust performance in all machine types. You do not need a heavy production saw to put carbide to work.

Hard Material Capable

Carbide tips cut alloys and hard materials that wear bi-metal edges down in a handful of cuts.

Carbide Without the Production Saw

Most carbide blades demand a rigid, high-horsepower machine to survive. The BLACK-LINE S is built to tolerate the vibration and flex of ordinary shop saws, opening carbide performance to shops that cut hard material on standard equipment.

Frequently Asked Questions

The TC is a pure triple chip carbide blade for rigid production saws and aerospace-grade work. The S adds set teeth and a wide kerf so it stays stable on ordinary machines. If your saw is a standard shop machine, the S is the safer carbide choice.
With the BLACK-LINE S, usually yes. The set-tooth design tolerates vibration that chips conventional carbide. Worn guides or very low blade tension still need fixing first; our millwrights can sort that.
Yes. Every blade we sell is custom loop-welded in-house at our Hamilton, Ontario facility to your machine's exact loop length. Enter your loop length in inches or millimetres in the configurator above, or find your machine's spec on our blades by machine page.
